Singer, songwriter and actor Chaka Khan has signed with ICM Partners for worldwide representation. The 10-time Grammy Award winner, author and activist will be represented by a team of agents led by partner and head of music Mark Siegel.

"Chaka Khan is more than an artist; she is a world-renowned icon," said Siegel in a statement. "Her timeless music and unmatched style has blazed a path for generations of music creators, and we are excited to have the privilege to be a part of her incredible team."

Khan has been making music for nearly five decades through a variety of musical genres including R&B, gospel, pop, country, rock and more. Throughout her career, Khan has released 22 albums and scored 10 No. 1 songs on the Billboard charts. In addition, she has seven RIAA-certified gold singles, and 10 RIAA-certified gold and platinum albums.

In February, Khan released her first studio album in more than a decade and her 12th overall, Hello Happiness, including singles "Like Sugar" and title track "Hello Happiness."

Khan also made history once again when she was named Grand Marshal of the 2019 Tournament of Roses Parade, making her not only the first African-American Grand Marshal in the traditional New Year's Day celebration's 130-year history but the first Grand Marshal to perform during the parade.

Earlier this year, Khan also launched a full collection of Chaka Khan-inspired wigs and hairpieces powered by Indique Hair. The collection is in partnership with Khan's manager and long-time creative director George Fuller.
